On April 5th 2025, Jerez hosted a cultural gathering focused on the theme of “Culture in Transformation,” organised by the GECA Cádiz team of the Andalusian Association of Cultural Management Professionals (GECA) .

The event brought together numerous cultural agents from Jerez and Andalusia, who shared experiences, challenges, and opportunities for the future of the sector.

During the day, key issues for the present and future of cultural management were addressed, such as the challenges that the cultural sector is facing in the post-Agenda 2030 context, the promotion of collaboration between professionals and cultural entities and the innovative projects that link culture and sustainability, both from local initiatives in Jerez and at the Andalusian regional level.

In this context, Francisco José Pazos García from Nomad Garden, the leading organisation of the Jerez de la Frontera landscape pilot, presented the PALIMPSEST SONE project and its ongoing progress.

Special thanks to the Asociación Andaluza de Profesionales de la Gestión Cultural (GECA) in Jerez de la Frontera for the organisation.
