On April 7th, the PALIMPSEST consortium successfully held an online Cross-Fertilisation Workshop, bringing together partners and pilot representatives for a dynamic session of exchange and collaboration.
Led by Culturalink, the cross-fertilisation activity is a key PALIMPSEST tool designed to facilitate knowledge sharing across pilots, ensuring that lessons learned are effectively captured and translated into actionable insights. These sessions create an open space for dialogue, enabling participants to collectively reflect and contribute to the project’s broader impact.
This final session focused on the replicability and scalability plan, with the aim of identifying how the PALIMPSEST model can be transferred, adapted, and activated in diverse contexts beyond its original implementation areas. The discussion highlighted valuable perspectives and concrete ideas for extending the project’s reach and sustainability.
As part of the unconference activities, this workshop exemplified the collaborative spirit of the PALIMPSEST consortium. Participants actively engaged in the discussion, as illustrated by their contributions on a shared Miro board.
A big thank you to everyone who took part and contributed to this meaningful exchange!
